Service Description
A 24 hour policy applies for any cancellation/rescheduling of appointments, meetings and/or training sessions, whereby the client agrees to provide 24 hour advance notice to the coach of any cancellations/rescheduling of previously agreed timings, allowing for cases of emergencies, illnesses or bereavement. The coach agrees to the same policy. Should advance notice not be provided or in the case of late cancellations/changes, the coach reserves the right to charge 100% for the session.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be done within 24 hours, excluding unusual circumstances such as illness, bereavement etc. If you fail to inform the coach prior to 24 hours, you will risk forfeiting the session.
