My Story

As a Nurse and former professional Scottish Gymnast. Health, fitness, sport and exercise has been a huge passion of mine from a very young age. My own personal fitness journey after retiring from high level sport was definitely not smooth sailing. However, after recovering from distorted body image and repairing my relationship with food and exercise, I decided to create ‘mindbodyholly’ to use my knowledge and experience to help others who may be struggling to find a balance just as I was. My goal as a coach is to use my skills, knowledge and experience to help each and every person I work with to find a BALANCE and SUSTAINABLE routine with nutrition, exercise and life that makes you feel confident, healthy and most importantly happy. As a professional coach, my passion is to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle and to push you beyond what you think you are capable of. I have a huge passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and most importantly helping them understand that you CAN eat the foods that you love daily, whilst still working towards your targets and achieving the body you desire.

 

Modern day life can be busy and stressful and it is very easy to let your health and fitness goals fall by the wayside. My goal as a coach is to provide you with a bespoke training package, based on your goals, schedule and aspirations, in order to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
