"I wanted to get back into the gym to improve my fitness and strengthen my back again post operation. Since signing up for personal training i have hit loads of PB's and have noticed changes in my body through progress pictures, which has kept me motivated.

I have gone through a really tough time recently, however am so appreciative of Holly and how she continuously does her best to keep me motivated. I love her ability to keep the sessions enjoyable yet brutal at the same time, and how her focus as a coach is not only physical health, but pays close attention to mental health and is always there for a chat when I need it.

Overall I cant thank Holly enough for everything she has helped me achieve over the last couple of months. From physical appearance to helping me overcome some really hard emotional times. I cant wait to keep working with Holly to hit some more PB's, get better at squatting and get my nutrition on point."

"Working with Holly has been without a doubt one of the best decisions i have made. Initially started training with Holly because I was at a low point in my life. I was eating rubbish/binge eating, doing next to no exercise and was desperate to make a change but with no idea how. From the first meeting with Holly I felt in safe hands. We chatted about my goals and made a plan to work towards them.

Holly has helped me gain control of my eating habits by counting my macros and has got me working out in the gym 3 x a week. 8 weeks ago you would have never got me in the gym, never mind lifting weights. Holly is supportive, patient and believes in me even when I say I cant do something.

My confidence inside and outside of the gym has come on massively and she has helped me gain back my self belief, when 8 weeks ago I had none.
